JAAG were formed in 2020 by John (Drums) and Adrian (Guitar) who met in 1992 while playing in a Queen tribute.  We had to wait until post covid to recruit Annie (Vocals)  and Steve (Bass).  Since then we have been playing in clubs in Essex and Suffolk with our repertoire of soft rock with hits from 5 decades keeping the dance floor full. We look forward to performing at the Mica in December.

FROM THE EDGE started in 2022 and is a 5 piece covers band from mid and north Essex with hugely experienced musicians from many genres. We consist of Naomi (Drums), Andy (Bass), Mick (Guitar), Mike (Keyboards) and Jo (Vocals).  We deliver  a sound that blends the best of Rock, Blues, Indie and Ska with songs that showcase our eclectic sound. Whether we’re playing a small, intimate gig or a larger venue we guarantee a great entertaining show.

John and Mick met at Stonham and had a studio there for a few years recording, audio, videos and teaching guitar and drums.  Doing a joint gig with our respective bands seems like the perfect opportunity to work together again and celebrate Christmas with family, friends and our loyal supporters.

We very much look forward to see you all there.
