• As a member, you get exclusive use of the fitness gym (additional costs apply). With modern cardio and weight equipment, a friendly atmosphere and open 7 days a week, including bank holidays, our gym is the best on Mersea Island.
• Discounted rates on use of our squash courts, badminton courts, table tennis equipment and MICA activity sessions.
• Discounted rate on tickets for MICA music and social activities. Check for events with special rates for members and some events are even FREE for members.
• Members rate in the bar. Visit MICA bar on a weeknight (Monday- Wednesday) and get a cheaper rate on drinks.  Monday and Wednesday nights are buzzing with activity so come along and join us for a pint!
